Welcoming the Revenue Minister, Mir Bandeh Ali Talpur
This document is "Sipasnama," given by the Municipal administration to Mir Bandeh Ali Khan Talpur, the then-newly appointed Revenue Minister.
Godnamal Tehelsingh was the president of the Mirpur Khas Municipal Committee at the time, and the names of other members are mentioned at the bottom of the "Sipasnama" text.
These included, Jhamandas Ramchand, KS Ghulam Hussain, Jurryo Khan Nabi Bukhsh, Tehalram Tarachand, Ghulam Hussain Bhaledina, Haji Indar Ali, Rasoolbux Khan, Kishanchand Permanand, Charanjivelal Ramdinomal, Purkhaji Gordhanji, and Naitaji Manghaji.
It's worth noting that the municipal administration emphasizes in this welcome address that Mirpur Khas is a cotton-growing center, but the municipality lacks funds. They also bring up issues such as Malaria and delays in mandatory house plan approvals.
Mirpur Khas was a tidy and well-kept town at the time.
